Outreach Ministry

"... you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." (Acts 1:8)

The Outreach Ministry provides Redeemer with intentional opportunities for missional living that labors to make disciples of Jesus in our city, in the U.S., and among the nations. Thereby working to fulfill the Great Commission through equipping, partnerships, advocacy, and church body events.

Equipping

One way Redeemer promotes outreach is through providing opportunities for training and equipping. This includes providing in-house trainings like MOBILIZE as well as promoting trainings done by other organizations like Perspectives or Senders University.

Ministry Partnerships

Effective outreach isn't just focusing on what we can do. It's also establishing and fostering partnerships with other organizations (church plants, existing ministries, etc.) to assist and empower them in the work they've already been doing.

Advocacy Team

At Redeemer, we support our church planting and missionary efforts through Advocacy Teams who maintain communication with them, pray for them, and help meet needs that arise for those on the mission field.

Church-Wide Events

Every year Redeemer holds church-wide events geared towards encouraging fellowship among the community as well as the body. This includes events in the neighborhood like our Anniversary Picnic and events that reach out to the greater Springfield area.
